How H3Max Video Generator collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information and AI generation content.

Last updated: 2026-09-08

This Privacy Policy explains how H3Max Video Generator (the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase a plan, or generate AI videos.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the H3Max Video Generator website, accounts, subscriptions, support, and generation features. The Service is independently operated and is not an official MiniMax or fal product. Our use of third-party AI infrastructure is described below and in our Third-Party AI Services Disclaimer.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address, display name, authentication records, account identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Generation content: prompts, uploaded images or other input files, generation settings, task status, generated videos, audio, thumbnails, and related metadata.
  • Transaction information: plan, credits, order and subscription status, payment identifiers, billing country, and limited payment metadata. Payment card details are generally processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by us.
  • Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, feature interactions, error reports, security events, cookies, and similar identifiers.
  • Support information: messages, attachments, contact details, and any information you provide when requesting help.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential records, or content you do not have permission to use.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create and secure accounts;
  • provide, queue, process, store, and deliver AI video generations;
  • operate free trials, credits, subscriptions, billing, and fraud prevention;
  • provide support and service communications;
  • monitor reliability, diagnose errors, improve usability, and measure performance;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and acceptable-use rules; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect users, the public, and the Service.

Where required by law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, such as performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

To generate videos, prompts, uploaded files, settings, and related technical metadata may be transmitted to third-party infrastructure and model providers, including fal and MiniMax. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may operate in other countries.

We do not use your generation content to train a model owned by H3Max Video Generator. This statement does not control how independent providers process operational, abuse-prevention, or usage data under their own policies. Review the fal Privacy Policy and MiniMax Privacy Policy before submitting content.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to:

  • AI model, inference, hosting, storage, content-delivery, authentication, email, analytics, customer-support, and security providers;
  • payment processors and billing partners;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and authorities when reasonably necessary;
  • a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
  • other parties when you direct us or give consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for third-party behavioral advertising unless we first provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, language and theme preferences, session continuity, one-time free-generation eligibility, and basic measurement. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. Where required, optional analytics or advertising technologies will be subject to consent controls.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Generation files may be removed after a storage period or account deletion, but temporary copies and backups can persist for a limited time. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. International Data Transfers

The Service and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using third-party AI services, your content may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

You can submit a privacy request through the Service’s support channel. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support so we can review and delete it where required.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to websites or services we do not control. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the support channel available in your account or on this website. The legal operator’s name, registered address, and dedicated privacy contact must also be displayed before the Service is publicly launched.
